At Ceylon Serenity Recovery, he leads the integration of Western addiction psychiatry, dual-diagnosis clinical care and authentic Ayurvedic Panchakarma, delivering a world-class recovery pathway on Sri Lanka’s oceanfront South Coast.

Working in direct coordination with the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the Board of Investment (BOI), the Ministry of Health, the NDDCB and the SLTDA, Ashan is driving a high-value health service export venture projected to generate ~$5.44M USD annually in foreign exchange while supporting the national Clean Sri Lanka Initiative.
